Earlier this month, I had the opportunity to speak at the QA or the Highway (@QAortheHighway) conference in Columbus, Ohio. The event was hosted at the Ohio Union at The Ohio State University. It was a great opportunity to share ideas about how Quality Assurance (QA) and User Experience (UX) professionals could best work together.
During my career, I have had the privilege to work with a number of outstanding QA professionals. My talk, “Quality Assurance & User Experience: Friends or Foes?” highlighted some of the ways that I have learned that we can best work together.
The conference was well attended by over 400 participants. I had some good questions afterwards and some great dialogue afterwards.
A special thanks to the event hosts Joseph Ours (@justjoehere) and Rick Neighbarger (@MounTopHigh)
